The group meet every Monday from 9.30am - 11.30 am. Julia caught up with the at the end of their exercise session - in time for a cup of coffee at their monthly relaxation session.

Commenting, Julia said:

"I was so impressed to see so many people full of energy on a Monday morning.

"The group is an excellent way for people coping with heart disease to stay fit and meeting other people in the same boat.

"The CRASH volunteers have done an excellent job in setting up a fantastic organisation that provides vital support to people coping with heart disease.

"With heart disease on the increase, and with such a friendly members, it's no surprise that the group is going from strength to strength."
